Western African Learner

Geographically speaking, the Western African Learner is the learner who has come from or lived most of his/her childhood where Indo-European Languages are spoken today and has some African descent.

They form a group of their own due to the linguistic phenomenon called Ebonics

A Western African learner can be European or North American.
